Stick to 25% vote weight after HF19
HF19 is just away & i will change many things.
Main thing it will change is that per vote 2% of voting power will be utilized instead of current 0.5% which is 4x times.
What does this mean?
Right now if your one vote counts as $0.01 then it will count $0.04 after HF19. i.e. 4x times.
Right now you can vote 4 people & give $0.01 to four different people making it $0.04, but after HF19 all $0.04 will go to one person & other 3 will get no vote.
This means that votes will decrease by 75%. i.e. getting votes will become more difficult for everyone.
What can be done to keep number votes same as right now ?
Simple solution is make voting weight of vote to 25%.
So you will be able to vote 4 people with 25% voting weight & give $0.01 to four different people making it $0.04.
Also Linear Rewards curve will be introduced so earning may increase with this strategy.

Thanks this is a great tip that could keep the voting power to be same as before while the linear calculation method will actually increase your influence power given you are minnow. I hope the change do not affect too many people voting behavior but we will see.
It will as steemit have only 200k users & many of them are inactive. If steemit had 1000k+ users then situation would have been different.

Yeaa is not like this.... i vote alwredy at 25% because of support , after fork i have to goon under 10 % and this is insulting ....
That could look like insulting but $$$ earned will be same.

Well you can do only one thing, either support good content or support all. Choice is yours.
With 200 000+++ people ? How you chose 10 ? What about when we get milions ?
You can never find the best content, whether there are 200k users or 1M users. It is you who decides what is good content according to you.
Yes sure i can be greedy and upvote the people i alwredy do ............ Who cares for the newcomers RIGHT ? Why even to look at new section i alwredy have enouq people to vote for ( full ironic sayd !!!!)
