Thanks so much for explaining this further. It could be very tricky and frustrating for a newbie on this platform. My account was hacked the same day i signed up and with so many downvotes, I wanted to quit but i'm glad I stayed and finding helpful tips like this is also very eyeopening. ill join on of the recommended servers immediately. You will gain so much from those discord rooms if you interact with people. Don't just drop a link in the promotion section and think it will do great things for you. Take some time and get to know those who hang out there and then when you post they are more likely to look at your posts in the promo section. Plus you will be more likely to pick theirs to read later so it's a win-win.
