You're absolutely correct about ths stinginess of aome steemians to hang onto their resteem power. I've only been here a few days and can see all of the vile back biting and hoarding going on.
I'm almost certain the community will police itself and get better.
Yeah, the interesting thing is that the less we hoard, the wealthier we all get as more people will want to join this platform. Sharing is caring lol
