I support your work, and appreciate that you are trying to grow the platform, but this post is a big mistake (IMO).

I do hope that you understand there is a fixed reward pool on Steemit. What that means is that if your post is upvoted to $200 - that is $200 that everyone else on Steemit did not get that day, because it went to you. I am not saying that your posts don't deserve to earn a lot - but when you write something like this, you are essentially telling the community that you think what you are doing is more important than everyone elses content. You "deserve" rewards more than everyone else. Even though I believe your intentions are good, your post comes across as very selfish.

So I'm going to add that if I can't show these models my posts doing really well and that they can too especially if it's pictures of them that I have posted... They will not come on board.

If the expectation of your models is that they are all going to be earning hundreds of dollars per post, then there is going to be a big problem of expectations vs. reality. Right now, the rewards pool can only afford to pay out a few hundred dollar posts per day. If you bring 20 people here and they all have that expectation - there is already not enough rewards to go around, even assuming your models get all of the rewards on Steemit - and nobody else gets practically any. The price of STEEM is just not high enough right now for tons of people to be making hundreds of dollars a day.

Really the right attitude to have is that everyone comes here to post what they think has value. The community votes and decides on what they like. If you are doing things that add value to the platform, and the community agrees and upvotes your posts - then you will make money. There are no guarantees though. Every one of us spends huge amounts of time and effort creating our posts, knowing very well that the hours of work we put in may result in a post that pays less than a penny.
