In my previous post today, I posted about "using the #PNW hashtag to categorize #PacificNorthwest related content. And that got me thinking, why isn't everyone doing this?

And seeing as we can create hashtags within comments, why not get everyone to post their areas "local hashtag" such as #seattle or #washington and beyond! I wanna see how worldwide Steemit really is, so show me by claiming your part of the world in a comment, or upvoting someone from within you area!

Let see if we can't break 1,000 comments! Where are YOU from? Where do you visit often? What places in the world do you have knowledge about?

Personally I am from #Seattle, #Washington and have lived in states such as #California and #Missouri in the past! Looking forward to seeing where everyone else is from! Oh and feel free to post an image of where you are from as well!
