Steam integration fully functional! New enemies types! Addressing feedback!

Today was the first time I have actually had a chance to play Revulsion on Steam! The game is setup and its possible for me to upload new builds of the game and even give out keys to play the build before its fully available. This is great news on many fronts in my opinion.
So my current plan right now is to continue working on the game for a bit longer up to the point in the games progress where I open up the portion of the game where you have to complete 5 different infinite dungeons in order to gain the strength in order to take on the hell fortress at the end of the game.
This means I need to fully complete the rest of the under tunnels section of the game. And I am currently about 50% done at this point in time. Once I complete the under tunnels then I just need to flesh out the sections of The Dark Base that are revisited from various location from the Under Tunnels and I will be ready to incorporate the games first true boss fight and infinite dungeons section.
Progress on the Under Tunnels




A good portion of the under tunnels is currently in a blockmesh state. I have a pretty good idea on how I want this section of the game to flow. I know where I want the boss fights and connections to be. I am also spending a lot of resources into fully introducing you to a host of new enemy types that will be trying to kill you. I have decided that I want to get as many interesting ideas for enemy types as I can in place for this portion of the game.
Introducing the Stone Troll


I decided that tonight I would work on a new enemy type that fits a really different enemy archetype. These guys are towering in size, they are even larger than the hell beasts which are easily twice the height of the player with room to spare. These behemoths are very slow moving enemies who brandish a large health pool as well a passive defensive buff that decreases all damage done to them by 90%. The only time this passive buff goes away is for a short time after they release a volley of attacks.
One swipe of their axe is more than enough to instantly kill a decently geared player. These enemies will force you to be constantly one your toes. You have to bait them into attacking in order to make them vulnerable.
Revulsion is an independent game project that I am solo designing right now! My plan is to get the game on steam early access soon.
