I love Japanese anime and manga... Whenever I want to escape from the real world, this is the alternative world I go to. I grew up watching Japanese anime, and it will forever be a part of me.

There are times when I want to avoid people. Some people are really toxic for me... Sometimes, I feel like drowning myself in the anime world. So when that time of my life happens, I usually just lock myself in my room and watch anime or read manga the whole time. My sanctuary, indeed. And yes... typical OTAKU, right?

People who have just met me recently might be shocked that there’s this side of me, but yes. No matter how friendly I am, there are times when I just transform and lock myself in this world. You will notice that when we get to know each other more... or the longer time we spend together. ^^

Coser

Coser or cosplayer... ^^ I’m not very active in this community because I’m often broke... but of course, we can do this in a low-cost way too. What I like about cosplaying is that, you can transform into another person... another character... It’s one of the few times that I go out from our house.. lol.. I’m a homebody... I rarely go out... why? Because it’s a hassle to... I hate crowds (but I love spending time with friends)!!! Well, this doesn’t include the time when I go jogging in the morning, though. Hihi ^^

Frustrated Artist

Drawing has always been my frustration since I was a child, but I can’t stop myself from drawing. It’s a part of myself... a part of making me, ME. I wouldn’t be complete without it! When people tell me I’m a talented artist, I accept the recognition and appreciate their praises, but little did they know how frustrated I was/am. I’m never satisfied with my artworks. T_T And the frustration still keeps on building every time I see really great pieces of art. Things like ”Why can’t I paint or draw like that?, ”How are they so good at it?”

It’s really frustrating... but I still like doing it. I’m kind of hardheaded, am I? xD

Amateur Writer

Yes, that’s me! I’ve always been in love with writing!!! <3 I’m not the vocal type of person. Yes, I can be talkative... but I was really shy in the past... LOL... My friends who knew me in the first few years of my life knows that.. When I was in elementary, there was a time when I pretended to have a stomachache so I couldn’t participate in the speech contest. xD Oh~ I did that once in high school, too.. xD I wasn’t very confident at speaking in front of a crowd until I became a teacher. ^^ It really helped boost my confidence, but if I were to choose between speaking and writing, I’d definitely choose the latter.

I write about anything and everything under the sun... my thoughts, poetry, fanfiction, drama, horror... lol.. I created my first script way back elementary days! When it comes to stories/novel-like stuff, my genre is a bit unusual, though... I love writing about BL or Boy’s Love... <3 I’ll explain later. ^^

Photographer at Heart

Another thing that I’m really in love with is Photography... I don’t have any fancy camera, but I still enjoy taking pictures using my phone or my digicam.. ^^ I take pictures of random things, but most especially the sky. The sky is magical!!! I love it... <3
PS: I sometimes hate it when friends take my pictures... it’s unfair!! I tried taking really good pictures for them, but I don’t have good pictures of myself.. hahaha... xD ehem~~ high school friends.. ehem lol

Fujoshi

In Japanese, Fujoshi literally means “Rotten Girl”. Hahaha.. Yeah.. I’m rotten! xD I might be inexperienced in so many things, but my mind isn’t. Lol~ Well, in the “Otaku world”, fujoshi is someone who loves watching Yaoi. It’s an anime genre where two guys fall in love and do “lover’s acts” from hugging, kissing to you know what’s next.. :P

I’m a strong supporter of LGBT! ^^ Yaaaay~!!! LOVE WINS! <3 I’m a gay-girl.. hahaha.. xD no.. I’ll be honest, (my family and close friends know anyway), I’m panromantic, but unknown-sexual..(or maybe, demi-sexual) hahaha xD Some of my friends even joke around saying, “How’s your identity crisis going?” I love boys... but I believe I can also fall in love with girls... la la la~ but currently, I’m trying to move on from a certain guy, and am quite interested in or shall I say curious about someone... shhhh~ that’s a secret! :P

Weird and Crazy

Weird is the new “CUTE”. That’s what I believe. A lot of people won’t believe when I tell them that I’m a weird and crazy person... unless they found it out themselves. Recently, we had our Steemit meetup in Cebu and most of them weren’t really expecting my personality to be like this.

ME

I’m the best at being me... I don’t like hiding my real self. I’m a believer of the saying, “It’s better to be hated for being you than be loved for being who you are not.” I value quality over quantity. ^^ I’d rather have a few close and real friends, than a million of fake ones. xD

I’m also a dreamer! I dream both for myself and my family... I want to be what I want to be at the moment.. lol.. xD Complicated..? yeah, that’s me! However, no matter what I become in the future, there’s one thing I want to stay as... To stay human... Though not 100% human, because some of my students and close friends often say I’m half-human, half-anime. Haha~
