cluster This is a grid of several parking spaces throughout the city. Each city is divided into a cluster. Similarly, there will be different clusters for different cities. Each cluster will talk to the dedicated gateway and network server. These parking clusters will be equipped with IoT sensors and a network of transponders that report on the events of changing parking spaces at the gateway. Smart PARK contracts, written in solidarity, control the transactions that occur during the parking reservation.

 A smart contract will hold the parking fee when the user scans the UIN in the parking lot or at the beginning of the backup slot. When the user leaves the parking lot, the sensors activate the network and cause a confirmation of the contract, the contract then transfers the amount equivalent to the parking time used for the PARK purse and cancels any amount of access back to the user's wallet.
