I don't really think that more followers will get you more visibility.
If you write good posts consistently, the rewards will follow even if you have little followers.
Agree..👌. Stil my concern is....A good post will automaticall👌attract more follower which possibility of resteeming and upvotes...accordinly the visibility increases....
