I am pleased to announce that this week has seen a Record Breaking and Jaw Dropping Number of Blogs published in any one week at no less than 75,232 Blogs over a 7 day period..!!
Just think about that for a minute, 75,232 Blogs over a 7 day period.
STEEMIT TEN MINUTE STOPWATCH
This Record Breaking Number of Blogs published saw a spike on Wednesday at no fewer than 13,093 Blogs in the Day..!!
For the ones who have recently begun to follow my Blog, recently I published a Blog showing a little trick that I have been doing for a while now on STEEMIT that New Users may wish to try.
It allows you to quickly count the number of Blogs that are being published....
For the ones who missed it, here is the link....
It literally takes less than two minutes and anyone can do it without any need for any fancy data scraping..!!
SIMPLY HIT THE NEW BLOGS BUTTON..!!
It is so simple, just hit the "New Blogs Button" and count the number of Blogs that have been Published in the last 10 Minutes.
It is something that you can do on a regular basis and if you get more than 90, then it equates to >12,960 Blogs per Day. (90 x 6 x 24 = 12,960).
As you will see from the above, on Wednesday we hit at Jaw Dropping 13,093 Blogs on the day, 545.5 Blogs per hour, 9.09 Blogs per min .... or 1 Blog every 6.6 Seconds..!!

I dislike circlejerk posts like these. they add no value and make it seem like the who thing is a scam.
Surely you mean the comment you are replying to, rather than the post itself?
i mean quite literally the post itself and the comment. Neither determine the price or how much "money" a user has.
Well, what I mean't was that more post means a higher probability of making a post that adds value to the whole website. then the thing doesn't become a scam but rather like a raffle draw if your lucky it pays off otherwise it goes down the drain. hope this clarifies my point of writing this comment.

My question here is, having so many daily posts, means that it is harder now to get upvotes than it was before?
Because this should also mean more active users, so more people around to upvote your content.

It is a good point, but as the Users grow and the Blogs grow proportionately I wouldn't be to worried if I was you. At the end of the day it's about the quality of the Blogs. Stephen
lotta noise in those numbers...id rather see a distribution of how many earned over 5+, 10+ 20+, etc.
