170,000 Steemit Accounts by the End 2016..!!
STEEMIT USERS
I was looking at the uptake of STEEMIT User Accounts earlier and see the number of accounts hitting 170,000 by the end of 2016..!!
Exciting times ahead and STEEMIT hasn't even scratched the surface yet.
When more people wake up to the reality that STEEMIT is their very own unique WEBPAGE, free of clutter and advertising, and part of an ever growing community of raw quality content where users are being rewarded for their work, this will grow exponentially..!!
As SOCIAL MEDIA migrates from childhood into adulthood this "Paid-to-Post" Blogging format will become a way of life..!!
Will keep a track of the uptake of Accounts and should this 170,000 year end target drop/increase I will post an update.

Even it only gets to 150k it'd be amazing, but feel it could just as easily go to 200k or beyond. Although I think the most important figure is the number of active users.
Totally agree that the Active User count is more important. STEEMIT is going through the "honeymoon period" where people pop in and pop out because the havn't made a $1million on their first post. As more and more people use it with the monetary incentive as the least importance watch STEEMIT fly. Thanks for the reply. Stephen
More like 200,000 ;)
When I ran the numbers I got between 155k & 220k and decided to edge on the conservative side of 170k. The next 3-4 weeks will give us more data to play with. Is 200k possible? Absolutely..!! Thanks for the reply. Stephen
Sorry. I just can't see that number with 200 or 300 added per day right now.
We ran the data set of daily "User Uptakes" through our dMAmapping tool we built to track stocks, commodities, bonds etc. The tool smoothes out the noise of the trend. With an average of 570 new users per day over a period from mid july it then looks at the trend and calculates the direction and speed. It is showing a year end target of just slightly under 170k. I will post the projected numbers in another post later. Stephen
Nice. I'll wait for your post and we'll see on the end of the year who is right. Looking forward to compare fancy tool against prediction of average Joe. No offence here. If you look my wallet you'll easy guess what number would I like to see. I bought more cheap steem yesterday as well.
