What happens to our old posts after 7 Days? can we still get paid from them again and again?
Hello all Whales and minnows, here is my question to you all, what happens to our old posts after we get paid from them will they get disabled? or can we still get paid from them? if they get disabled and and if we won't get paid from them then what is the point of making great posts? Are we wasting our energy and creativity to get in seven days by posting great content? In normal websites content will be remain forever as long as the domain is valid and ads can display on the old contents too and we still get paid from them.
Please give me your answer in the comments.

I think the design is to encourage a constant flow of good content.
As opposed to the RIAA approach, make a few recordings and then sit on your laurels collecting.

i will definitely do that :-). But i wanna know the exact answer for this question. May be 1 year old users can answer this question. But i never found one yet :-(

I'm pretty certain I've read that upvoting a post after 7 days does nothing for anyone. But, I am also interested in the official answer, so I suppose I should read the whitepaper. There is no waste in making a great post that does not get paid forever. Great articles can be found through google searches and I have gained many followers just from my old posts which helps me get paid for my new ones.
This is a great idea but still we only get followers from old posts but not the money right? unlike normal websites. Anyway steemit it the best social media platform that pays. I am happy for this :-)
I think that is definitely a bad idea, which discourages creative and high-quality content, and promotes content that attracts people's attention for just a while
