SteemReports - Upgraded Delegation Information Tool

I have upgraded the delegation information tool (originally explained here), by adding some links to the results.

You can now click on any account name to view the Steemit account page, and click on the icon beside it to view the delegation information for the corresponding account. This in addition to the delegation graph makes it easier to explore the delegation network.
