If you can get your mind to a good place, then you will have the energy and enthusiasm you require to achieve what you want. If you let yourself become overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, you may lose motivation and find yourself in somewhat of a rut. Do not allow this to happen.
Returning to your actual question, how can you make more money on Steemit? For now, it's too risky thinking of it as a regular paycheck. I believe that in future it will be able to do that for you, but not today. My last piece of advice would be that you continue to post on the site regardless of whether you find work elsewhere. Retain your followers and garner more. The time may eventually come when Steemit has millions more users and the price is considerably higher than today. At that point, not only will the work you have put in pay off when your account value skyrockets, but you will also be in a place where you can leave any current job and devote your time to Steemit, knowing that you are going to rewarded for your efforts.
