In addition to the Disputed Steem, Bittrex represents that there is a portion of the Steem held in Bittrex's Steem wallet that is undisputed-approximately 14, 468, 436 units of Steem and 130.251 Steem-Backed Dollars that have not been claimed by plaintiffs or any claimant other than Steemit. Bittrex understands that once the Undisputed Steem has been returned to Steemit, Steemit will have no objection to Bittrex's discharge from this litigation. (Dkt. No. 65 at 7.)
