Things are about to get fun as we have loads of prizes to dish out beyond what was expected.
I'm Shavon Bonnie Legion, California Singer Songwriter and multi genre collaborative artist. Over the past 8 years I have been releasing original production music on my own (under the name Sounds Like Shavon & My alter ego Bonnie Legion) and in collaboration with producers in various sounds of Rock, Pop, Electronic, Downtempo, Hip Hop, Contemporary more.
I reached a point in 2016 where my collaborative artist menu was in the hundreds, and my request rate was flying through the roof. With the help of my alter ego's other half and partner in crime Clyde Majik Legion @bloodycritique (UK Rapper Lyricist Collaborative Artist) and my head producers Netherlands Qrittix@qrittix. We decided to create a collaborative artist house and promote all the various music being created and artists who were putting there hearts out there in sound. Sound Legion was born!
Bringing people together in collaboration is my main goal in life, I love new ideas and out of the box thinking and creating engagement with fun contests. Steemit has been a fantastic find and just the platform I have been looking for. Although rewards in profits are made, profits are not our goal, collaboration is!
So Sound Legion has reached out to the Steemit community in contest form, looking for a new logo, to create engagement and seek helpful ideas on how Sound Legion can promote both music and the platform Steemit!
Sound Legion Logo Contest Entries
We were so happy to see how many people took the time to help us out with a new logo. There were so many creative ideas that we feel could be used in all our various genres and forms of promotions, that we have decided to pick more than 1 winner and also throw out some steem for participation.

*We love the tremolo note concept incorperated with steem. Absolutely brilliant, thoughtful and simple but icon effective. We would like to use this on our websites as link button and also on digital and printed promotion flyers.

* its simple but effective and we did some testing with the logos and it looks very nice on the bottom of postcard flyers and would like to use it.

We had a hard time picking our winner and really broke it down to usage factors. In truth all concepts could be used as we work in such a wide range of musical concepts. We are currently sending through all prize awards but still need permission even from our winners to use your concepts.

Thank you @soundlegion for the contest this was good fun - though I had to rush a little. The first one just came to me just before work on the last day ,so I didn't have the time to take it where I wanted to. It could be taken further and made into vector and so on, but as it is: PERMISSION GRANTED
Congrats to @voodoolizardr and everyone on the designs, it's always great to see how a single subject like logo can be taken into so many directions. that guitar by @stephen.king989 is pretty cool :)
