That is nothing. Binance not only will get the volume for SBD, but they will get a boost in STEEM trading volume. I've seen over $100 million worth of STEEM volume in a 24 hour time before on Upbit. Binance can't touch that. It is crazy since Binance is the largest exchange and offers many languages. Upbit only offers Korean language.
The major benefit is that Binance will be supporting Steemians. All Steemit users are cryptocurrency owners. Binance shouldn't want to be the only exchange that is still not listing SBD when Steemit gets to hundreds of millions of users (all of which are cryptocurrency users). Might as well support us now and be the exchange that was there from the beginning thus solidifying their customer base.
