About 22% goes to curators(people who upvotes). And the rest 78% goes to you. 50% of which goes to your SBD balance and the rest 50% goes to your steem power.
For example in your post it's showing $34.63
22% for curators = 22%*34.63 = $7.62
78% for the author(you) = 78% of 34.63 = $27
50% of $27 goes to SBD = $13.5
50% goes to STEEM power = $13.5
Rate of STEEM is $4.53 now so you get ($13.5/$4.53) Steem power = 0.23 SP
22% i have taken in example is approximate figure. It ranges from 21-24% normally.
And 13.67 SBD is not $13.67. It is multiplied by rate of Steem dollar. At the time of writing this 1 SBD =$5.69 . Therefore your 13.67SBD is worth. 13.67*5.69 = $77.78

@socialanne, if I understand correctly, the Steem Power part of your reward is calculated at the daily price of Steem, not at dollars.
So even though you get about 13.637 SBD, the $13.637 you received as Steem Power was calculated at the daily rate of Steem, which translated to just 2.283 SP.
