just like claiming that the donation cup wasent in the beggars pocket so there for it has not been paid out yet and is ok to kick down the drain?
if the person that did the upvote unvoted that would be one thing but we are talking about a third party to the volinatary donation coming and trying to say that someone cant donate that to this person for any reason.
just because you have to sit with the donation cup on the street for 24 hours till you can pick it up does not mean that the money in it is not yours and that it is ok for someone to kick it down the drain.

how about the santa guy that rings the bell for donations. the people he is working for do not get that money till he returns to the office with the red bucket. is it then ok to burn up that money and claim it wasent actually theirs because they have not received pay out yet?
idk it is arguable but on the level of "the money wasentin his poscket yet so its not really his and there for is ok to destroy".
