Non agression and Self Defence On Steemit
Is telling someone that you will be forced to defend yourself if they continue to attack you a threat?
I will defend myself according to the non aggression principle. I am getting attacked by 7 people by way of flag. I will not flag back as I don't belive in it and it ispointless to flag whales so I will defend myself with the only possible way I can.
I told the people attacking me to stop the attack or I will defend myself and they are claiming that is a threat and having other whale friends jump in and flag me. all they have to do is remove the flags and I wont have to defend myself.
if you look back at my last 2 posts u can see what the whole drama is about.
So long story short, I will defend myself from your whale flags by putting interical gay porn cartoons in the comment section of the person attacking me. they know this and only flag me more. the last person told me to bring it on and they want me to post gay porn on their comments.

Is their any other way one can defend ones self from whale flagging besides filling their posts with gay porn in the comments?
they even have bots going after me.

I would also like to hear from @ned and @dan on where they stand on this as @ned has already said the original post that started it all was ok and did no need a nsfw tab. but they still flagged me and now because I said I will defend myself if they do not remove the flg the other whales flagging me for "making threats". so is it a threat to say you will defend yourself from attackers?

Anyone can now make alt accounts and post gay porn in the comnts of the people flagging me and I will get the blame not you. so any trolls out there that want to have a fun at my expence can. and gay pron that shows up on the post of people flagging me will instantly be considered my doing.

Hopefully they will just remove the attack so I will not have to defend myself as I have stated a bunch that I would prefer to just not get attacked.
@gorish has removed the attack flags so I have no reason to defend myself from them. I also told them thank you 3 times for removing them as I would rather not get attacked then have to defend myself from an attacker.

@pravusdie has removed all the flagging so I am no longer getting attacked from them and do not need to defend myself from them. I told them thank you and am removing them from the list of the people attacking me.

pay out is over before I wake up i think so I guess any flags on my posts and comments when I wake up will be receiving interical gay cartoon porn. I am only defending myself according to the non aggression principle. they were told if they attack me I would do this in self defence. I hope I wake p to no flags so I don't have to defend myself.

I've been watching your little show. To me, it looks like someone stuck their arm out, made a fist, you saw it, went running headfirst into the fist, then cried fowl play and started giving people ultimatums.
If you put gay porn in my comment section, I'd probably flag the post as spam, so it goes away... and call it self defense.
If you threatened me with your disturbing behavior first, then went on to do it... I'd flag the post but the flag would be directed at you, for trolling and harassment... and I'd call it self defense.
I have not put gay porn or any porn in anyones comments. I have only said I ill use that weapon as a self defence tool if the people don't stop the attacks.
if you have been watching the whole thing as you claim you would see I have not attacked anyone and only thing I have done is say I will defend myself the they contine\ue the swing on their punch and let it connect when pay out time has happened. till that point in time happened their flags are only threats they are not actual attacks yet.
that is why im telling them if the flag is not removed and they do attack me by letting ay out time happen with their flag on it that I will be forced to defend my self.
I don't know how you can take that as I attacked them first or am threating them.

I guess main question I am asking is:

because all I have done is say I will defend myself, everyone else is doing all the attacking and threatening.
even one person removed the flag, I thanked them 3 times for not attacking me and put it in the post that they are not someone I need to defend myself from as they only threatened me and when they realized I would defend myself they decieded it was not worth it to get knocked the fuck out by someone that can fight better then them. I respect that and the person for atleast being able to settle it with words instead of resorting to attacking someone and violating the nonaggression principle.

as someone that has been watching the whole thing go down I would expect you to have seen that considering it was in the 2 earlier posts and a min point of how this is all an attack and a large reason why im defending my self from attacks, not threatening people.
also before I received a single flag neoxian and I had already argued about it and ned had already said the post was ok. so all the flagging came after it was cleared as not breaking the rules.
and the person that started it all of said "I don't care what @ned says" and flagged me. they are all upvoting each others comments and getting pay outs on my post that they flagged so I wont get any pay out on.
all in all the fact that ned cleared the post does not change anything. I am getting attacked for a cartoon that is critical of the steemit whale community, clear and simple. they will cling to anything to justifiy attacking me when I have done nothing wrong but not submt in fear to their threats and attacks.

You could have edited your post. They would have removed the flags. That's usually how it works. Instead, you threw a hissy fit and started writing essays threatening everyone, and received more flags.

You threw the first stone. I don't see why you're making such a big deal out of it. What did you expect? Did you think your post would go viral and everyone would applaud? A few people liked it, a few people didn't. We're all on the same playing field here.
A long time ago, I was flagged by a massive robot train. I wasn't given a reason. I wrote about it, explained the situation. I didn't start threatening everyone who flagged me. People had my back.
A long time ago, people were bitching back and forth about nudity here. Everyone compromised and came to an agreement. The nsfw tag is there now. You can share whatever you want now if you use the tag properly.
You say they only did this because you criticized whales... yet they clearly told you the problem was the tag. Had you used the right tag, and still received flags, then maybe you'd be correct when you say they only did this to save face.
Had you handled the situation professionally, you probably wouldn't be receiving the flags you're getting now, after the fact. This is all common sense. You're acting so innocent, yet, like you said, everything is right there on the blockchain.

See. I took it differently. With the added context, where you're arguing one side and neoxian is arguing the other. It appeared as if neoxian simply gave up. Based on the actual context of the conversation, I have my doubts Ned actually commented to anyone about your specific image.
When someone starts cherrypicking to make their side of the story sound better so they can play the victim card more effectively, I start to lose interest in what they have to say. From the start, you've been doing that, or so it seems, from my perspective. I could be wrong, and I'm fine with that. Just letting you know how it looks from here.
I'm wondering why you didn't simply tag it as NSFW if you wanted the money so bad. I've seen others earn money sharing similar images, nobody flagged them, and it's not because of some tinfoil hat conspiracy. They simply used the right tag.

No I would not define that as a threat. I'd define that as clearly defining and asserting a boundry that will be defended if violated (thus invoking the self defense clause of NAP). Boundries are healthy and a clear way of asserting one's self ownership and self respect. Freedom does not mean one is free to force one's presence on another or to interact with another that violates their will. Hence allowing them to set up barriers to undesired interaction. And if those barriers aren't respected then it's within one's rights to defend them.
