You almost got me there, but..
Job in this case = Steemians who are willing to share a skill set they have & already currently use at their leisure.
Work in this case = Steemians willing to cooperate with other Steemians to complete a said goal. Steem $$ being a easy medium to compensate for time. As one could have always been crafting their own stuff.

So overall the Point of this job program is to Set Steemians up with other Steemians who enjoy creating content & or Sharing. Thus seeing payment as a mutual understanding, because of the time put in. BY all means if anyone does not enjoy what they are contributing to Steemit then this program is not for them. Because it is not a "traditional" job system. Its more of a Open Job Market. Jobs and Work are all by choice not force of the current social or economic sitiuation at hand.
