In my personal opinion most of us are here looking for success and trying hard on acchieving it, and for those of you, i would like to share what i think to be the keys to success on steemit.

Secondo me tutti noi siamo qui e vorremmo avere successo e cerchiamo di fare del nostro meglio per raggiungere il successo, e per quelli che sono alla ricerca del successo, vorrei condividere con voi, quelle che io penso siano le chiavi per il successo su steemit.

Persistence

I order to acchieve any goal, the most important thing is persistence, keep trying and have patience, the results will come.
For Steemit is the same, you need to keep posting, even if at the beggining the rewards will not be really big , but remember that there are some people looking for underrated posts, and for people that are persistent but don't get all the rewards that they deserve becayse they are not famous here on steemit yet.

I have personally been upvoted on some posts by the @ocd team, (a team that looks for quality posts mostly posted by people that are new to steemit), and by @steempostitalia ( a team that looks for underrated posts on italian language). This curators mostly reward people that are doing their best in making a post and keep trying it, so keep posting and the rewards will start coming, it may take some time, but remember that this things are proportional, the more you grow, the easier it will be for you to grow. At the beggining it may not be easy but after all remember that there is no good thing that is easy to acchieve.

Persistenza

Per raggiungere qualsiasi obiettivo, la cosa più importante è persistere, continuate a provarci e abbiate pazienza, i risultati arriveranno.
Anche per Steemit funziona allo stesso modo, dovete continuare a postare, anche se all'inizio la ricompensa non sarà altissima, ma sappiate che esistono alcuni gruppi che cercano post sottovalutati, per la maggior parte di persone che fanno post spesso ma non ricevono abbastanza ricompense perchè sono nuovi e hanno poca visibilità.
Io personalmente sono stato up-votato in qualche post da @ocd(Un gruppo che cerca post di qualità che sono postati maggiormente da principianti e persone abbastanza nuove che ancora non ricevono le ricompense che si meritano dato che sono nuovi e hanno poca visibilità), e anche da @steempostitalia (Un gruppo che si occupa di curare post in lingua italiana).
Quindi continuate a postare una volta al giorno o una volta ogni due giorni e le ricompense piano piano arriveranno.
Ovviamente all'inizio non sarà facile ma ricordate che questa crescità è esponenziale e più si cresce più sarà facile crescere.

Get yourself known

On Steemit there are mainly 2 ways to get known, through comments or through posts. When you start your adventure on Steemit at first you should write your introduction post, and then some thoughts that you want to share. In this way, when somebody visits your profile can see what you are going to talk about on your wall and decide if he want to follow you for more or not.

Farsi conoscere

Su Steemit esistono principalmente due modi per farsi conoscere, con i propri post, oppure con i propri commenti.
Quando iniziate la vostra avventura su Steemit, per prima cosa dovreste creare un articolo in cui vi presentate, e poi fare qualche articolo parlando di qualsiasi cosa volete. In questo modo aumenterete la vostra reputazione e quando qualcuno guarda il vostro profilo si può rendere conto, a cosa siete interessati e che tipo di articoli scrivete, e gli sarà più facile decidere se seguirvi o meno.

Making Comments

After you have made your first posts you can start commenting on others posts.

Comments are very important to get known on steemit because most people, when you make a good comment will go take a look at your profile so try to make as many comments a day as possible and you will see that your upvotes and your followers will start growing.

When you make a comment don't just spam, but try to express your opinion on the argument of that post.
Spam is something that most people hate, it doesn't feel really nice when you spend 4 5 hours to write a post and everybody is commenting with: " I upvoted you, upvote me back and follow me."
People would like:

• To know your opinion;
• To know if their post was usefull for you;
• If you can help them improove their post in any way.

So when you are going to make some comments, remember this simple things, and you will see that your followers and upvotes will increase.

Commentare gli altri post

Dopo aver fatto i vostri primi post, potete cominciare a commentare i post degli altri.
I commenti sono molto importanti per farsi conoscere su Steemit, perchè molte persone quando lasciate un commento interessante andranno a vedere il vostro profilo, quindi cercate di fare più commenti possibile.
Quando lasciate un commento non spammate, ma cercate di esprimere il vostro parere riguardo l'argomento del post.
Lo spam è parecchio odiato su Steemit, perchè non ci fa sentire molto bene quando, dopo aver scritto un post e impiegato 4 ore per farlo, qualcuno commenta con:"Ti ho votato, votami anche tu."
Agli altri utenti piacerebbe:

• Conoscere il tuo parere riguardo il post;
• Sapere se il post ti è stato utile o ti ha aiutato a capire qualcosa;
• Se puoi aiutarli a migliorare il loro post, correggendogli o dando sugerimenti.

Quindi quando scrivete dei comment, ricordatevi queste semplici cose, e vedrete che i vostri followers e i vostri voti inizieranno a crescere.

Making a post

To make a post is easy, but to make a post which people would like to read, is a bit harder, especially when you are new on steemit and still don't have many followers.
If you want to make a great post you have to follow this 5 little tips bellow:

Creare un post

Creare un post è facile, ma creare un post che sia interessante per chi lo guarda è un pò più difficile, sopratutto quando si è nuovi su Steemit o sul Blogging in generale.
Se volete Creare dei post di qualità, seguite questi 5 piccoli consigli:

• 1) Be original

On steemit people hate spam and plagiarism and there are some groups that all they do is looking for posts with spam or plagiarism and flag them (Flagging means downvoting, and when somebody with big Steem Power downvotes you, you will loose all your rewards and your reputation).
When you are writing your post always be orignal and when you copy a quote or anything else is important to put the sources bellow the text that you copied.

• 1)Siate originali

Su steemit la gente odia lo spam e il plagio, ed esistono alcuni gruppi che si dedicano sopratutto a cercare post plagiati e "flaggarli"(Se un utente con molta steem power mette flag a un vostro post perderete parte dei vostri guadagni e della vostra reputazione, se sono più utenti potete anche arrivare a 0).
Quindi quando scrivete un post, siate sempre originali e se copiate qualcosa da un altra parte è importante specificare sotto il testo le fonti da cui avete copiato.

• 2) Check for grammatical errors

When you read a post full of grammatical errors you are less inclined to upvote it even when you like the content.
So when you are not sure on how a word is correctly wrote check for the correct spelling on the internet or ask somebody that may know better.
Before posting your post is important
to read it again and check for errors.

• 2) Verificate se ci sono errori grammaticali

Quando andiamo a leggere un post pieno di errori grammaticali ci pensiamo due volte prima di votare quel post anche se magari l'argomento ci può sembrare interessante.
Quindi quando non siete sicuri se una parola si scrive in una certa maniera, cercate su internet o chiedete a qualcuno che ne sa più di voi.
Prima di pubblicare e importante rivedere il post per correggere eventuali errori grammaticali ed eventuali errori di battitura.

• 3)How long should a post be???

There is no rule determining how long a post should be and this is not easy decide.
In my personal opinion the ideal post is 300 to 500 words, because a longer post has to be really interesting and written really well, in order to keep the reader engaged.
This also depends on the argument that you are talking about. When is a great argument about whitch there is a lot to say, you can make a longer post.
When posting a photo or a video, always write atleast a description and one personal opinion, don't just post the video or photo without writing anything about it because for some people posting only photos is almost like spamming.

• 3) Qual'è la lunghezza ideale per un post?

Non esiste una regola che determina quando debba essere lungo un post e ciò non è facile da decidere.
Secondo me il post ideale dovrebbe contenere tra le 300 e le 500 parole, perchè un post più lungo deve essere molto interessante e molto ben scritto per far si che il lettore continui a leggerlo fino alla fine.

Questo dipende anche dall'argomento che si tratta nel post. Quando si tratta di un argomento su cui ci sta molto da dire, possiamo fare dei post più lunghi.

L'importante è scrivere almeno un pò, anche quando si postano foto o video, aggiungete una piccola descrizione, un parere personale, per alcuni postare soltanto foto è quasi come spammare.

• 4) Layout and design

When writing a post is very important to use different types of text format:

You can use the Markdown Styling Guide at the beginning in order to understand how to use the different types of text format and how to make your post look better.

Another important thing on a post are the immages. Try to combine your text with some images because this will help relaxing the eyes of the one who is reading your post. Don't use random immages but use only immages that are related to the subject about which you are talking.
When using images always write the sources if they are not your own.

On the right you can see the codes that i use for my images, try to align them on right or left or central and make your post look amazing.

• 4)Impaginazione e design

_Quando scrivete un post dovete fare attenzione anche all'impaginazione, a come il testo si presenta all'interno della pagina, cercate sempre di farlo in modo più ordinato possibile e all'inizio potete dare un occhiata anche alla guida a markdown per rendervi conto meglio su come fare per usare diversi formati di testo nel vostro post _

Un altra cosa molto importante è l'uso delle immagini. Una combinazione di testo e immagini è l'ideale perchè le immagini aiutano l'occhio a rilassarsi e in questo modo il lettore non si stanca subito di leggere il vostro post. Non usate immagini a caso ma usate sempre immagini relative a ciò di cui state parlando e quando usate immagini che non sono di vostra proprietà specificate sempre le fonti sotto.
Sulla sinistra potete osservare il codice che uso per mettere le immagini a destra, sinistra, oppure al centro del testo.

• 5) Engaging with your followers.

After you published your post, the job is not over.
Is very important to engage actively with the people that are commenting on your post, you should always try to answer their question and ignore the spammers.
When you are answering on the comments, you make people know that you care about them, and about what they have to say about your post, and this will increase the possibility of gaining their follow so they will check for some more posts that you will make.

• 5) Comunicare con i vostri followers

Dopo aver pubblicato il vostro post, il lavoro non è finito.
Un altra cosa molto importante che molti sottovalutano è comunicare con chi commenta il vostro post, dovreste cercare di rispondere sempre a tutte le domande ed ignorare gli spam.
Quando rispondete ai commenti, farete capire alle persone che vi interessa il loro punto di vista e la loro opinione, e ciò aumenterà le possibilità che loro continuino a seguirvi anche sui vostri prossimi post.
