I like this approach to try to find common ground. I'll try to be there. Have to help out with a public speaking contests for young people in the morning.
Hopefully, it will be over and I can get back to attend this, it should be interesting if everyone arrives and remembers we have two ears to hear with and one mouth to speak with because we need to listen twice and speak once.
It's not who over-talks the other person wins?
discussions sometimes seem like they end up that way. Not how they are supposed to happen though.
With moderators, I wager this will be less of a problem than normal.
