Could you please elaborate this for me SB.
I have 696 Steem Power, I am casting 100% upvotes on users all the time, I don't upvote fractional at all. While other users with 20-30 Steem Power cast an upvote of 5.8% on my posts, not sure how is this possible?

We know it isn't easy to get right away, but raising the FVL actually earns those who work harder more over time. The system is designed to reward those who contribute the most. We hope you continue to provide us feedback and will look into this to ensure a glitch did not happen.

I fully understand the guide, but users under 100 SP vote fractionally on my post. And it's not just one, there are few of them, here is a proof:

They technically own 1516 SP but they delegated it out. Our next upgrade will fix this bug, they should not be rewarded for SP they own but do not have access to! Sorry for the misunderstanding and bug, it was really an oversight we just learned about a few weeks ago.
Oh thank God for your next fix, people kinda take advantage of this and get away with it, I see dozens of accounts like those that are upvoting me and others, can't wait to your next huge release, thanks a lot for your reply, glad that you are working on fixing this issue.

I suppose the delay was to maximize the use of the exploit since their is more than a few who are using this way and are long time members delegating 90% of their steem away and taking votes all the same
This is probably why you stopped updating https://shadowbot.us/shadowbot/casters.php so it couldn't be seen how much these users earned through this exploit and i would imagine the new release will start from 0 as the last time to hide the extent of it.
a better question would be how long has exploit existed and how much have users taken?!

We have currently 2062 members totally 473,639 SP. We can assure you the casters page has always been real and updating.
The "delay" is part of an entire re-write that we have explained before. The new system will have all known issues fixed as well as many new features available.
none of the earning/voting stats here have been updated in at least 5 weeks
you say there is a pool of 473,639 steem but how much is in the pool and not delegated away?
i checked through accounts above 2k sp and there is 31ksp delegated out from shadowbot pool from these alone no small figure as these users having been getting massive amount from users with shadowbot some for over 5 months lucky for everybody some dont post frequently
@onealfa 28k sp - 16k delegated = 11.9k effective
@technerd888 16ksp - 8.5k sp delegated = 7.5k effective
@dexter-k 9.2k sp - 2k sp delegated = 7k sp effective
@suggeelson 4.2k sp - 3.98 k delegated = 200 sp effective

Also users who have been abusing our system in these ways will be punished in the new release. Shadow Ranks so far have only gone up, but they by design were supposed to move in line with the Caster's performance. Once we begin punishing abusers by reducing their Shadow Rank they will drop in Pool Priority and simply give up votes while receiving less and less until they hit 0, and anything times 0 is 0 which means they would earn no votes while giving up votes to the rest of us good Casters!
Sounds amazing, that will keep the fraudulent people away from ShadowBot, we can only cast votes on reliable and quality casters :) Btw, are we gonna get some rank from the previous week? :)
It's been a long i haven't got any upvote from shadowbot members. I am just wasting my vp through shadowbot. Plz fix this
