In my opinion I 'll suggest steemnow and it's upvote calculator.
This is miraculous, when someone is trying to use bots. With the help of this they can calculate voting power of their bots. And can easily sense and compare the profits of using.
The more exhausted bots will show less voting power, no matter whatever promises they are making.
This is my second favorite. Because with this help we can see who is our top voters and top downvoters. And who voted better amount.
If you are a totally new user. To promote or manage some visibility you don't have any money. Then it could be helpful.
There are some easy task that pay you in SUP coin and you can convert it in steem/ steemit dollar.
After this they have boys and trails that will vote your post.
