It's time for another steemit meetup in uyo and this time, the agenda is show some steem love to some homeless kids this Christmas Season..

But before I go on, I'll like to say a big Thank you to @sndbox @ejemai and @stach for their unfailing support for the steemit uyo community. Our community has grown from 5 to 91 steemians just within 2 months plus.

We've had several meet ups in uyo and our last meet up had an attendance of 15 steemians with a total of 59 active steemians as recorded here and now we are 91 like I mentioned.

Now we are set for another meet up to deliberate on how we can achieve our goal of 200 active steemians, special steem love reachout to homeless children and a community project for the good people of uyo.

Our first project is to launch a STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB in uyo with full support from @stach and @ejemai .

The purpose of the STEEM ACCELERATOR HUB is to empower steemians in uyo community with a physical location where they can have access to wifi , space for their profession and and exchange center where they can exchange STEEM AND SBD for NAIRA (Nigerian currency).

We in Steemit uyo community are currently working on putting smiles on the faces of some homeless kids in our community this Christmas season with our little earnings from steemit.

No child decided to be born in a poor family, if we can help, the we should reach out to them. no one knows which child will be the next @ned or @jerrybanfiled or @gbenga or @destinysaid or @stellabelle .

The child you choose to ignore today might be the medical doctor to cure the next or current deadliest disease, the child on the streets hawking could be the terrorist in your next flight, yes! It's possible, so let's reachout.

Support STEEMIT UYO COMMUNITY to give 10 homeless children from the streets in Akwa Ibom State a memorable Christmas, this Christmas season. ( 2 SBD could sponsor a child at the current rate of $7 or 7.5 STEEM at the current rate of $1.8 ) .
