Exactly. Cheap follows are just that, cheap. They'll unfollow you to achieve Instagram perfection; as many followers as possible with as fewer followed as possible.
Pretty much. I'll follow someone if I have a genuine in your content or like what you have to say. People don't seem to realize this platform is something which you build on. Not some type of overnight thing. There's no hacks or short cuts.
