Shinning on them scammers and spammers
So this motherfucker @jones420 is going around and asking people for 2sbd and in return he will resteem to 6k+ people and get massive upvotes. I fell victim to this at my own stupidity and lack of research, not till @rest100 said something to me about it in steemspeak, and opened my eyes to the facts, did i start researching and trying to see what i can find out about this guy. After just glancing at his profile and seeing that he has a rep of 0, i quickly realized that i fucked up!!!! Come to find out, all or at least most of his followers and upvotes are from FAKE accounts .
So with some further investigation on this douche bag, I found in his transactions a few unhappy customers. A particular one that you all might be interested in which is by @joanaltres and he put this little SCAM ALERT.
"SCAM ALERT!!! The account @jones420 is trying to scam people with the promise of 200+ upvotes from his thousands of FAKE ACCOUNTS. Steemit's Top Witness @pfunk has already confirmed in a comment that jones420 is a scammer with fake accounts. So you can catch a scammer and not be subject to this bullshit, here are some things I personally reccommend doing before using a service of this kind.
#1 Do your damn research. I did not and now im out 2sbd with hardly any profit back.
#2 Make sure the person who is doing the service is legit. Go look on their profile, go check what they hav done and see what it has done for others.
#3 Get your ass in steemspeak and talk to people who are in the "know" . The more you talk to people who know whats going on, the better informed you will be and less likely to get scammed.
Also use other servises like minnowbooster and there are others out there that do a way better job than this fool.

I feel the same way about Randowhale and Minnow Support Project. They are fine, but I feel better knowing that I grew "naturally".... if that makes sense.
Yeah, with all the boosters and tricks, a person can add like $5 bucks to their pay out with a bunch of bot replies, but then you still end up just talking to yourself and a couple friends in the thread. That's not helpful in my opinion.

People need to understand something: engaging in conversation and supporting good content on Steemit WILL grow your following.
Here is why NOT to be using "services" like this: the user you just paid 2 SBD to just to resteem = EARNS EVEN MORE curation rewards off of their victims. You pay them, get no votes & NOWHERE near what you paid (that is loss #1), then you wait 7 days and realize your rewards for all that hard work you punt into that post = gets split between you and that scammer that already took your money AND is now further profiting. Most people do it for very new posts = giving more curation rewards if post in 1 hr old or less. Loss #2.

Thank you for the warning. I had just noticed the free SBD from the is guy in my account with the teaser. You cant buy real followers and only real ones count.
