@whatsup writes a unique article telling what needs to be done to grow Steemit and grow your individuals account.
He/She Doesn't get in to Real Specific Details...
but writes an article in such a remarkable and excellent commonsense way that I think it is worth bookmarking and reviewing every now and then,
Conclusion...
Basically reward good behavior and punish bad behavior. But the Context in which @whatsup describes it is much more beneficial and in depth with examples than I could ever do :)

Yes, I also agree that content should not contain duplicate content or copyright. Whatever it is, be real and there should also be provision for punishing those who plagiarism. Reward for good work and finished for bad work or plagiarism.
Thanks for sharing this. It is funny how things have changed over time on Steemit, but some things still remain pretty standard. I have only been on for about a year and there have already been so many changes, but building relationships and engaging other users seems to still be a viable way to grow your account.
