How to boost your post to 'hot'!

This post is for the minnows out here! I will try to help you with my knowledge to get your posts to the Hot page. There are some basic stuff you need to know beforehand and you can use a few things to help you get there! So are you ready? Let’s get into it!

What is most important?!

To get to the hot page, you want to have many votes on your post. As a minnow this can be hard and that’s totally understandable because you might be that person that has just started here. As a minnow you shouldn’t focus on the payout. Just don’t because that will disappoint you. What in fact matters are the amount of upvotes. Connect with as much other minnows as possible and interact with them. Don’t do follow for follow, but really interact! . Go on the Steemit Chat, The Minnowsupport discord channel or something else and talk with people. Then when you post something, you can promote your post and get your upvotes. These upvotes will carry you to the Hot page even though they might not be worth a penny. When you are in the hot page you can get noticed by higher people that can up vote you. This process has to be done pretty quickly though because as time goes by, your post can fade away. So your first 30 minutes are crucial!

How can you help yourself get to the Hot page?

Some amazing people have created up vote bots. You might have seen some before on other posts and they will give you an up vote and some extra earnings for your post. I will list them below beginning with my favourite!

@randowhale
Yes! Randowhale is my favourite and he really listens to the community on what they want. You will have to send him 1 SBD or STEEM and he will up vote you. This is in most cases profitable! When he casts that vote on you, you have the chance to get additional votes from @randowhalebonus and @randowhaletrail. So you can get 3 votes right away!

@minnowsupport
Minnowsupport is amazing. You have to register at their discord channel for $0.01 SBD to minnow support and banjo bots and every 12 hours you can ask for a vote. This is only a one time fee so that’s just amazing! That are 2 votes on your post!

@discordia
Discordia is a great bot but it takes some time to get that vote. It goes into rounds and up votes everyone who has send some SBD his way. The more you send, the bigger the percentage is you get! But your input can be as low as $0.1 SBD! When you do such a thing you also have a chance to get the vote of @ausbitbot or @ausbitbank! It’s not always so, but when they do it will boost your earnings as well! So this mostly gets you around 2 votes.

@minnowbooster
Minnowbooster is great. You can send your SBD (as low as $0.1 SBD) to him and you get an up vote directly. When his voting power is at 100% you can get 5 times the amount you’ve send to him! Unfortunately I have to say that it is never around 100% or even 60%. So you will double your input. When you send over $0.1 SBD you get $0.2 in return. But the vote is that counts and it’s right away!

@lovejuice
Lovejuice is great and votes on 100% all the time and divides his vote among the others, just like discordia. Yet this bot isn’t that known yet so use it wisely!

I highly suggest to take a look at all these bots and get to know them before using them. Because their rules might change over time! When you use all these bots you get around 9 votes each time on every post. So it’s really worth it! Good luck!
