What is Transaction broadcast error when powering down my steem power? trying to catch the trend of BCCs

Ok, so everyone is caught up in the fuss of gains on BCC, however I decided to power down some of my Steem power on steemit to invest in something else, but I keep getting this error.

Would someone please explain this phenomena, eagerly looking forward to understanding this.
