REVISED- STEEMIT WORLD LOTTERY !!! $100 minimum payout in Steem dollars!

I have decided to revise the STEEMIT WORLD LOTTERY in order to address some legitimate concerns that were expressed in some replies to my last post. Namely - proof of randomness and fairness.  In order to prove that the drawings will be completely random and fair I have decided to follow the drawings of an official state lottery that are publicly announced.

So it will work just like a traditional lottery. As you can see drawings will be every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:12 p.m. CT. Instead of picking 4 numbers out of 30 like I had originally posted, now it you will pick 6 numbers from 1 - 52. This will make it harder to win but the payout will be much higher when someone does win. If no one wins the funds will be carried over to the next drawing. It will continue growing until someone wins then it will start over again. In no event shall the winner of any single drawing receive less than $100 Steem dollars.

In order to enter stememians must upvote the lottery post. Entries submitted without an upvote will be declared invalid. This will ensure that there will only be one entry per Steemit account and will make the jackpots bigger.

As people enter I will put everyone's numbers in my spreadsheet, which I have already created, and match the entries to the winning numbers.

The winner of any single drawing will win 40% of the pot or $100 Steem dollars if the pot is less. I will keep 25% of the pot for running the lottery and buying promotional giveaways. 35% of the lottery will go to promote Steemit some how. I haven't decided exactly how to use the promotion money but I think it should be a Steemit community decision. So I guess we'll vote on that. 

So pick 6 numbers between 1-52, then upvote post, then post you numbers in a comment/reply.
