I am selling one of my homes because I can no longer afford it. That means YOU get a great price!
This is what my real estate agent wrote:

The theater is actually pretty awesome. It has built in premium sound that make you feel like you are sitting in an IMAX theater. And the chairs recline :-) (I'll go ahead and include them)
I'll even include scar face if you want him lol.
The kitchen, bar, eating area and informal living room are all one big great room. It's a pretty cool set up and perfect for entertaining.
The dining room and formal living room are another big great room. That is a 10 person table expandable to 14. I will throw it in too - I don't have room for it.
It has a huge master bedroom and bathroom. The picture shows less than half the master. The part that doesn't show is like a little private den.
This is my office/library which is in the loft. If you were to walk to the left you would be able to see down to the foyer, formal living and dining rooms.
This is one of the kids bedrooms just so you can see the size.
Can you notify me like a month in advance so I can invest prior to that much steem going on the market?! Lmao

Its a lovely home. Would love to see the transaction happen in STEEM. I dont have adequate STEEM at this time to buy. If you open payments up to accept gold that might widen the potential target audience?

How would that work?
US gold transfers are available now through Goldmoney. I've done it many times though obviously never on this scale. Fully allocated can be transfered between any two parties. You could have an account and I have an account, I would transfer the gold to you for payment. Then you could either keep the gold vaulted or redeem it and take possession of it physically if you chose to
