WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS ELEMENT
There are some dangerous substance in the world. But the most terrible of which is URANIUM. The end of world war II when on Hiroshima & Nagasaki was attacked by atom then 64 kg. of Uranium was used and out of 0.002 as much as nuclear energy could have been converted. If any of that so much energy as 20 Kgs. converted we are not alive today. From these you can imagine that a small amounts isotope of Uranium can be so dangerous.
uranium 235 is a dangerous and lighting metal atomic no. is 98 and it is also called "metal of hof". It was discovered in 1935 by Arthur Jeffrey Dempster. In the upper surface of earth the amount of Uranium is 1K kg tones and most of the world is found in Australia. India has also reservoir of Uranium in Jharkhand but the Uranium found here is poor quality. It comes from earth's land and sea mines and in the beginning we get in impure form and later its ore is extracted from the quarries and the pure Uranium is separated from the chemical process.
What you see are quarries from here Uranium is processed here to purify it.
And this is Uranium on which experiments are done with very high security and it is kept very carefully.
During fission total energy that liberated of one atom of Uranium U(235)= 235*0.9 (Mev)= 200 Mev.
Speaking of the use of Uranium, it is also used in power generation for nuclear power and it is also used in the manufacture of many alloys. Nitrate and acetate of uranium is also used in PHOTOGRAPHY. And as we all know Uranium 235 is used for the use of nuclear power and this creates a nuclear bomb that is why they are considered as very precious metals.
Lets know who has the most Uranium in the world. Keep it mind that uranium is the primary material form making nuclear bombs that's why we will only going to know about countries that have the highest stocks of Uranium,not about those countries with the highest nuclear. The highest in the world i.e. 29% Uranium comes from Australia which is 1.7M tones , Number two is Kazakhstan which is 608K tones and there is Russia with 500K tones at number three.
