Steemit responsabilities: Witness voting

Hi friends,

If you have been here for a while you know that part of being in this community is voting for the people, teams or projects that have been helping the platform growth and the continuos improvement of the blockchain. As you might know in some other blockchain there are miners who processed the transactions in the blockchain. Here we have witnesses who are also the ones that develop related projects, services and tools to keep everyone engage, inform and active.

I voted a while back to some witnesses that were recommend or suggested by some other steemians. Today I cam across this post Reamining @GMuxx Witness Voters, Your Attention Please and It caught my attention that I was one of those who were still voting for inactive or decommissioned witnesses.
