Skyway Walk
The OCBC Skyway is one of the attractions at the Gardens by the Bay. It is an elevated walk suspended between two Supertrees at 22 metres above ground. This 128m-long aerial walkway is sponsored by OCBC (Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation). Hence, the name OCBC Skyway.
The skyway walk provides a panoramic view of the gardens below as well as the surrounding area outside of the Gardens. You can also see the structures of the Supertrees up-close. The Supetrees are themselves vertical gardens.
According to their website, “Eleven of the Super trees are embedded with environmentally sustainable functions. Some have photovoltaic cells on their canopies to harvest solar energy for lighting up the Super trees, while others are integrated with the Conservatories and serve as air exhaust receptacles.” - Source
The elevator will take you up from the base of the Supertree to the suspended walkway.
