Probably not. I wanted to do that, automated of course, but it's kinda annoying because you need the active key to change the delegation. So @tipU would have needed the active key just to change the delegation.
Thankfully @cardboard asked for feedback back then and after some discussion and some feedback from some other users the idea was kinda fast at using the tokens with backed SP to get rid of that problem:

With reinvest at 100% you are increasing your delegation everytime now. I have already switched to 100% reinvest and it's kinda awesome. The token just have to stay at the amount at which SP is behind it.
This now in place this should set some thins into motion. Reducing the dependancy on delegations with increasing the amount of SP @tipu is truly holding. @tipU could surpass any other voting service in terms of SP with that system quickly.
