RE: Steemit's Malicious @steemcleaners downvote ATTACKS

in #steemit6 years ago (edited)

Here is a reply I just received from @pjau under my Gratitude post:

"Being verified with @steemcleaners means if anyone reports your posts to us again we won't take action against you (unless you decide to plagiarise other peoples content).

We are not Steemit, so that FAQ is useless.

Steemit, the website is just one of many vessels that allows you to post to the steem blockchain. If you post on Steemit, it will show up on many websites.

In addition to this, steem is run by the community, so everyone can create rules on how it is run. And @steemcleaners is against plagiarism, and we have our rules which we run by.

As for no response to your messages to @steemcleaners, they usually get responded to in batches every few days. If it was urgent you could have contacted us by Discord or steem.chat. The account posts daily and the information is easy to find.

Here is an example: https://steemit.com/steemcleaners/@steemcleaners/steemcleaner-report-for-march-26-2018"

Yeah, that is where 3 of my posts were added after being supposedly "verified" and having 2 of them "un-voted" by @steemcleaners, which apparently @guiltyparties pulled the strings on. It seems every day I'm learning something new here and unfortunately, this my third week active on steemit, the age old adage of "The Devil is in the Details" seems to take the cake.

"FAQ is USELESS" in his mind is what is so worrisome.

Sort:

yeah, this post shows arrogance and I read it as a statement "we are above the law here".

I think you raise a very good point here, @crypto.piotr.
