I know how you feel! I've been flagging mostly plagiarist and comment spammers and sometimes it feels like there's just no end to it.
Keep up the good work though! You're not alone in this and all we can do is set the right example :-)

You can use https://steemit.chat for effective reporting. For a booster you may be tipped for your good samaritan work! But i'll do it for free :D
Yeah, I report to Steemcleaners when I find something most of the time. They just have more resources to deal with the repeat offenders than I do.
