I totally agree with you that good earning comes from good content and great interaction with the community.
There are so many channels which can use to interact like discors and steem chat.
But when newbies join, they are overwhelmed by information and see the sea of possibilities that they choose the easiest way and this is not going to make the platform better.
To think of a solution is a tough one as if there are too many controls, imagination might stop flowing into the platform and stifle innovation.
Btw great animation of the steemit logo. Can I use it and put you as reference XD
of course but it's not mine, I just found it in google, maybe I am ricking putting it here but I am a bad designer this why I use gifs of others I think if you copy the link of the animation you will see the source there.
