Thank you @starkerz. As I mentioned in my reply to Stephen if you think this idea is worth exploring further let me know and I will document more of my ideas of how it might work in practice.
It certainly has my interest, a plan step by step plan addressing how you envisage a town would exploit the steemit block chain would be great! and also maybe another step by step considering how to go from zero to fully steem towned up! I would be very interested in reading your thoughts on this and maybe participating in the development of the idea going forwards!
