You have to click on each one to see if they are promoting someone else though right... I like the idea of users promoting other users posts just to give them more value than what they can with an up-vote. :)
Not really. There's no link to the post, which is unfortunate, but the second column is the amount promoted and who did it and the third is the post (which starts with the author username) so it's easy to to compare the second column to the third and see if its self promotion or not.
