Hey bud... so you're saying at this pace it would take you 23 years to get to $1M?? I remember from the first post you said you would accelerate in certain ways - are you doing that?

Just creating good content..I'm not sure what you meant by accelerate.. but I cannot purchase votes or use any nefarious means to boost the account as that would be outside the scope of the original study.. It has to be done organically...

Well I will organically help you as much as possible. Theres 14 cents for you. I think you are onto something with being consistent and taking your time. Content is king. Period. Being in Hollywood for over a decade has taught me that what is most important is what we put in the script and how we portray that into entertainment. Provide value. We lost that during the DVD age... we are getting some of that back.

Yeah I agree, we did lose a lot of that in the DVD age. I also think that reality tv took a lot of that away as well. I miss the days of a show with an actual plot and long running story line.. MASH, ATEAM, Seinfield, Goodtimes, so many.. Now a days there is so much spam in regards to programming that it dilllutes the good stuff. . To many options.. I think the days of 6 or 8 channels in total were not a bad thing as competition to produce good content was what drove success.. In modern times it is just toss something out there collect some ad dollars and who cares if it has any staying power... Are you a writer? Also have a rebate of .04 :)

We are definitely in agreement. I also think that the cream rises to the top for the most part. I am a writer. I have been in Hollywood for over a decade - so I have seen first hand some of the greatest things ever written next to someone just slapping some lipstick on a pig. I have had a couple scripts optioned in my day and have worked on 100+ movies of all shapes and sizes. Moved into starting my own company a few years ago and now just learning/investing as much into Crypto as I can. Big fan @pawsdog - from your first post, I knew that I should follow ya. Thanks brother.

No problem, I appreciate the comment.. Well I hope whatever you write next is a hit.. though I think writers are somewhat under payed in the grand scheme of things..

Ain't that the truth! Thanks bud.

Hello. I just found you via thi spost by @artz Steemit Contest Compilation (15.01-21.01): Win free SBD and STEEM more than 55 contests! And while I totally clicked to find out more about the money, I find your experiment fascinating. My brother in law @zalife and I have been talking all day discussing how to best go about building our pages here on Steemit. I'm going to take some time to read though your posts and see what you've been up to.
Hope you reach your goal soon!
Keep well
Lizelle

Thanks, my number one ticket thus far it dipping into the pools of controversy on occasion as well as interacting with my audience and validating them as humans by have the courtesy to respond. :) Its a bit of work, but should pay off in the end.. Like all things, it just takes time...

It really is about taking the time. It's so easy to get caught up chasing down the money and the next payout. Compulsively checking your wallet to see if any fractions of a coin are sitting there waiting for you . Of all of crypto I have found Steemit to be the most reliable and explainable way to earn money. Heard about another crypto investment scheme today. ' guaranteed returns of 14%' ' double your money' but it's all so risky and scammy. I 'm a bit scared when it comes to giving brokers my money, nevermind giving anything to a crypto pyramid scheme.

Why would you need a broker for crypto? Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Bittrex.. etc are all exchanges and you can be your own broker so to speak..

Exactly! I 'm pretty dismal at day trading so have decided to just buy and hold currencies. It's been fun learning about crypto and playing around on Bittrex.

Bittrex can be deceptive as green or red is based upon a token gain/loss relative to BTC. So both can go up, but BTC goes up faster and a token on Bittrex can still be in the red on the UI.. Daytrading is a hard gig.. Maybe look at longer term hodling of solid coins with a potential future.

Yes, I gave up on day trading. Instead focussing on buying and holding coins below a dollar. I used to check bittrex a couple of times a day. Recently I installed Blockfolio on my phone which is great for keeping track of all my coins.

Thanks for your daily posts. Thanks to @unicron for show me how to us steemit.

thx. told you so. good community with quality content and steem seemed like a good way to get you started with crypto!

Maybe steem will broke Facebook 😂😂

totally. when people realize the possibilities of steemit and the other apps linked to it (esteem, dtube, ...), they will abandon facebook. this is why i recommended steemit to you, it's a total 'game changer' imo.

Maybe steemit will be the next myspace and synero amp and wild spark will be the next FB

Interesting project, will follow to stay updated, as I'm super curious as to how this develops

love the charts, very detailed. i wish best of luck on your personal steemit quest!

thanks I hope it can motivate others..

it motivates me at least. and i think i am not the only one!

Nice dude, your increase of followers per day is really impressive... I have to wonder if anyone else could continually increase over time at a similar rate... it's amazing. Well done.

Thanks, I added the SP table you suggested and culled the text as suggested by @deanlogic so it should look better. I'm not sure what the average follower increase per user is here. I assume that I am doing good thus far. I'm thinking around 2k things will uptick dramatically.

I love following this, it really helps me have perspective about this goal.

A ton of work but I hope it will motivate others to succeed.. ")

Slow and steady climb... lol

Slowly but surely we are getting there..

Very interesting project, i will start to follow your progress:).
Did you start at zero or bought you some steem power at the beginning?
