my campaign of steemit has always been facial and i am really faced with some hardcore questions which i tried to answer few in my series why steemit?
What we need to do is to understand that steemit is a community and a community can unite as one to face the forces outside. As the statement goes that a tree cannot make a forest, it applies here too. many people get discouraged after staying in steemit for maybe a month or two and with all they have tried they hardly get a 1cent payout weekly. first, we need to see what we can do it this regards. how will newbies be motivated to stay?
Big ups to the great guys who are making steemit enjoyable for us; i must confess that i am privileged. We must translate steemit beyond the online platfom and let as many as we are inviting to steemit see the evidence of what we are saying, first from us. remember, steemit is not a pyramid-multilevel payment plan where rewards flow downwards, so the next question is this. if a steemain wrote a nice post that doesnt get seen and encouraged, what gets him motivated then?
i introduces someone to steemit almost immediately i entered in June and about a month after, she told me that she was opting out. she said that the circle-system will not allow the community grow and that she was better not wasting her time writing articles that wont get the rewards i told her that steemit can bring. how do you bridge the gap in the mindset of someone who wants reward to feel motivated and not feel-motivated to want reward?
this is part one of my thought! lolz.
We will start small in answering. Let's make this a very shareable post. As for motivation, open ways for her to have one chat session with me.

There is also the steem blockchain and note that many successful steemians are not blogging, so there is a ton of other things to do.
She has a biz, let's make it happen, let's infuse steemit into it.
She has a venture model and she is not sure they will work, let her bring them here and play them out
She wants to create the world and she doesn't know how to but she has the innovation concept, @steemgigs has all the talent and expertise.
There are some things i say only in the DMs but this is not a lie, many of the people i have tutored with this love inside, have gone on to succeed more than me, steemit and beyond. I have not been able to fix myself though but this is real talk. Everything simply has to do with the substance of the human.
What if i don't get paid, but i have this awesome community, will i write?
Steemit ranks well in search engines, then i reshape the internet. In reality, i would pay to use "steemit".
Really, what's money compared to real legacies, touch generations yet unborn. It is not about the moolah, it is more about the spender. I will pause. DM soon
