Letter to myself and fellow steemians, in this steemit community.
I can remember filling tellers or making bank transfers. After some minutes of transfers or completion of deposits I call the receipent to confirm if he or she has received the money, sometimes yes! And sometimes no. Now let me relate this to steemit.
Steemit is not a bank alert
Imagine after taken your time to create a quality post and posting it on your blog. Then later you checked the post what you found was $1, $2 and so on as the case may be. You might feel down and feel bad also. This might make you to be checking it every five minutes or one hour and so on depending on how your strong you are, till you finally give up that the post can't get higher.
Everyone loves seeing high figures on their post, keep passion "for one corner first". But if it happens not to be so on a particular post, just try ignore the value and see how many respondents you got from the post, how many got similar view on your post, how many got different view on your post? If none then you also have not been responding to peoples post.
Stop waiting for a whale upvote or community support upvote by checking your post every five minutes like you are expecting a bank alert, your post is directly proportional to your hard work on the platform; the higher you engage yourself the higher you earn.

This is very true. I know many including me love to earn something after a hard work but like you said, the number of those who said weldone, i like your post by giving it upvote should matter more.When many know you for creating original , well thought out contents, that impacts lives posditively,you create a name for yourself.
