Maybe you should connect to @VoiceShares? Just an idea... I would create a coin which can be traced so that you can be sure that they can buy just food and other necessities and it doesn't end up in some deep pockets... This could be a huge project @Chron, blockchain charity,

• Everybody can upvote or send crypto to their favourite or 'adopted' families, children... Creating a 1:helps:1 maybe?
