i read your post throughly..
i have noticed that some people especially newmembers don't upvote older members post because they think that they have very low steemit upvote value so its not gonna give any kinda benefit to older member so they just appreciate just leaving a good comment without upvoting!!

    Hello @nomee004, welcome back... you have been missing from our #HHG6. I hope you have recovered and in good health now.
    About newbies upvotes that have no value. That shouldn't be the case. Mutual respect does not count the upvote value, the upvoting action counts and leaves a good footprint on anyone's page that you have visited. It's a good habit to follow. I hope you will continue with this good habit moving forward.
