IDKN about zappl, myself, I never really got into twitter, I just can't understand it. I mean for a famous person that does something else and you want to follow their life OK, but as a standalone thing it's stupid.
Twitter is a long-tail system. It's exactly as you say: a handful of movers or famous people, and the millions of people that follow them and argue with each other.
As for how it will be on @zappl, I cannot say, as we do not really have celebrities or movers on Steemit at this time.
That's why I think that a streaming video service for Steemit or @zapple would be a real game-changer: there are lots of independent journalists out there who do streaming content, and by running that service through the steem blockchain, they could make more money off of one stream than they ever thought possible.
