'Whale optimization and organisation'. Interesting. What is that and how would a static Steem price facilitate it?
Shake out the weak hands that put zero time into improving Steemit. Whales should be the most active in the community (voting, commenting, providing services for Steem/SBD, etc.). All whales should be a servant king. Not like this:
