Strengthening of the competition in steemit advantage or harm?

Having a little worked in steemit I have made some supervision which I hope to someone will be useful.

So we will begin: the first this expansion of quantity of posts that is inevitable with a growth of popularity of a resource and would seem it goes on the benefit to users but first it reduces visibility of a post of the author the post of which with each new post falls below and below respectively sharply the possibility of the author to earn is reduced.

The second: the project is broken into a heap of hashtags but in my opinion it only adds complexity in search of this or that question interesting you as hashtags often duplicate each other.

The third and the last: according to my supervision and comments the author receives the maximum poll the first 15 minutes from the moment of the publication of material respectively the author has to not only prepare carefully material but also choose publication time. 

On it meanwhile everything, your opinion is interesting as it is possible to correct this situation or to facilitate work of authors?
